The owner and pastry chef of the establishment, Tamara Villegas, has always had a knack for artistry but it was not until later that she found her canvas. Desserts. In 2010 she began her schooling at Le Cordon Bleu and has not stopped since. Being a mother and wife she always found time out of her busy schedule to make something sweet for her loving family. While Tamara worked from home for a few years she kept her eye open for the perfect location to showcase her love of pastries. In 2015, she finally got her wish. The Villegas family opened up the Frenchman's Corner and decided to implement chocolate in the mix but not just any chocolate. Belgian's finest Neuhaus chocolate. From there on they have added more brands of chocolate from around the country. The entire Villegas family contributes their time to help around the shop, if you stop in you will be sure to get a warm welcome from any of them.
